Today, Juan has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry, he is one of the two leaders of the company, with a strong and executive personality, with a solid company culture and clear growth goals.
He was born in the city of Buenos Aires. He attended primary and secondary school in said city and then traveled to the United States to complete his post-secondary studies. While abroad, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management and a postgraduate MBA.
Once he returned to his country of origin, he began his career at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith as Sales Assistant and built his professional identity during more than 15 years at the company, becoming a financial advisor and member of the Chairman's Club.
After his successful tenure at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Juan sought to go further and decided to join Sigma Advisors S.A. obtaining the position of Partner and Financial Advisor. At this time he also became an MBA professor at Universidad de Palermo, sharing his deep knowledge of Capital Markets acquired throughout his career.
After cultivating a vast experience in investment portfolio management and the financial world in general, in 2015, he decided to travel to Uruguay and acquire 50% of the shares of BP Alpha Agente de Valores S.A., assuming the positions of President, Partner and Director.

He was born and raised in the city of Buenos Aires and studied at the University of Belgrano, obtaining a degree in Agricultural Economics.
He began his career at Pecunia S.A. Compañía Financiera and SBSA as Senior Officer managing corporate relations and marketing/distributing domestic financial assets.
Then, he joined Exprinter Banco S.A. as Private Banker Officer obtaining deposits, selling national and international derivatives to clients and conducting programs to attract new clients.
Subsequently, he sought new horizons that lead him to at Boston Securities S.A. to become a referral broker for Smith Barney Inc., where he had the opportunity to travel abroad and broaden his knowledge by taking the Financial Consultant Training Segment I & II in Connecticut, USA.
After 4 years of being part of Boston Securities S.A., he decided to step up and join Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith as a Financial Advisor achieving Falcons Club recognition. At the same time, he traveled abroad again to attend the Merrill Lynch Financial Consultant Training in New Jersey, USA.
In 2001, Federico joined Sigma Advisors S.A. and held the position of President, which ended in 2015. Simultaneously, he acquired the other 50% of the shares of BP Alpha Agente de Valores S.A. assuming the positions of Vice President, Partner and Director.
